We recommend booking at least 1 day in advance to secure your preferred treatment and time. Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability.

We accept cash and credit cards for your convenience.

A deposit of THB 300–500, depending on the selected treatment, is required for advance bookings made by new customers only. The deposit will be deducted from the total service fee on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases if an appointment is cancelled. Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided that the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Dalah Rich Spa has female therapists only. Therapists are assigned according to the spa’s booking schedule and availability, so guests cannot select a specific therapist for their first visit. For subsequent visits, guests may request their preferred therapist, subject to availability.

Couples are welcome, and group bookings are available by advance reservation, subject to therapist and room availability. We can accommodate group bookings of up to 7 guests.

Children aged 6 and above are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Treatment suitability depends on the child’s age and health condition. Please inform our staff of the child’s age when booking to confirm suitable services.

For your safety, please inform our staff if you are pregnant, have any underlying medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns before your treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions. Pregnant guests are advised to consult their healthcare provider before booking.
